We all have personal struggles, and if you’re going through a tough time, one of the most helpful things you can do is talk to someone. Colorado Crisis Services is a free service available to anyone who needs help and support getting through

“Whatever you’re going through, we’ll help you through it,” states their website. Support is available free of charge, 24/7. You can call 1-844-493-8255; text “TALK” to 38255; or visit one of their walk-in crisis centers located around the state.

According to the Colorado Department of Human Services, the service has received record-breaking numbers of calls since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, receiving as much as about 800 contacts per day, or around 24,000 per month.
