Health Warning: Hepatitis A linked to frozen berries purchased from Costco

The Colorado Dept. of Public Health & Environment has confirmed 12 cases of Hepatits A linked to Townsend Farms Organic Antioxidant Blend frozen berries, sold at Costco stores. Another 49 cases are under investigation. If you purchased the 3-pound bag of this product with UPC 0 78414 404448, throw the bag away – even if you have eaten some of the product without getting sick.
