I was so proud of my culture seeing all my Latino colleagues speaking Spanish while doing their presentations. When I was growing up going to school, we were not allowed to speak Spanish in school. Things have really changed.
We are working on putting some Cultural LiLab bags together to use it the future with our program’s great idea. I really enjoyed the “Programas para familias” by Alberto Pelicer Ferrand. We are going to try and do some programming in the park this summer. All in all, the conference was great thanks for the invite.
