Longmont Public Library announces the 3rd Annual Longmont Library Gardening Fair on February 25 from 1:00 to 4:00 pm. Start planning your garden with help from local organizations and businesses.

Get your plants prepped for spring! Aurora Public Library will host CSU Master Gardeners for Indoor Seed Starting, February 27 at Central Library.

Mesa County Libraries announces their Seed Library Reopening on February 26 at Central Library. Visit anytime during open hours, and stay tuned for more gardening programs and events.

West Custer County Library welcomes Jeanine Leslie of Valhalla Farmz for Growing, Pruning, and Propagating Herbs, a learning session on February 27 at 10:00 am. Participants will take home an herb starter plant.

Learn strategies and tips for conducting Pre-1850 Genealogy Research at a virtual class hosted by Pikes Peak Library District on February 27 at 7:00 pm. Registration is required.

Jefferson County Public Library welcomes Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities for their Story Quilts workshop on February 28 at Golden Library. Kids and tweens can learn about the history and legacy of quilts, and create their own paper story quilt.

Loveland Public Library invites you to their Teen Poetry Contest Celebration on February 29, when the winner of the Alternatives to Violence Teen Poetry Contest will read their poem and receive an award. The contest is part of Teen Dating Violence Awareness month.

Pick ‘n’ Mix

Celebrate Leap Day with the amazing amphibians of My Nature Lab. High Plains Library District will host them on February 29 at Erie Community Library.

Broomfield Library is hosting a Puzzle and Game Swap on February 25 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm. Bring your new or gently used game to trade; canned goods and toiletries will be accepted in lieu of games.

Silverton Public Library encourages contestants to enter their Amateur Bake-Off on March 1. Bakers of all ages can register to participate; prizes will be awarded in four categories.
