The 2024 Colorado Resource Sharing Conference (formerly the Colorado ILL Conference) is returning virtually this year on April 17 & 18.
A pre-conference will take place on April 17th and is *FREE* (registration is required).
The Colorado Resource Sharing Conference Committee is pleased to announce our 2024 Keynote speakers – Kyle Courtney and Juliya Ziskina! Kyle and Juliya’s presentation will explore The Publisher Playbook – tactics publishers and rights holders have historically employed to obstruct libraries from providing access to collections in order to maximize profits, and how these same tactics are reflected in ongoing digital lending litigation and other attempts to restrict libraries’ attempts to expand access to information for the public’s benefit.
This year’s program topics include:
Prospector/CLIC/SWIFT Updates – Preconference
Colorado State Library – Library Research Service – Preconference
Censorship and Challenges in Resource Sharing
OCLC Update
Controlled Digital Lending
