Open Education Week (#OEWEEK) takes place March 4-8 and celebrates the global Open Education Movement. The Colorado OER Council hopes to raise awareness about the movement and its impact on teaching and learning worldwide by participating in various activities throughout the week, and invites you to join in!
Faculty, students, staff and OER advocates are celebrating by holding events at their campuses. Many are open for attendance locally and/or remotely. In addition, the Colorado OER Council is working collaboratively to bring interactive webinar opportunities for students, staff and faculty. See the list of events on the Colorado OER website, or email OER@dhe.state.co.us for more information! A flyer about what is going on in Colorado can be fond here.
Also, please note the RSVP is now open for the Colorado OER Conference, which will be held May 31st at the Colorado Community College System Lowry Campus. Space is limited and we’ll accept RSVPs until we reach capacity. We look forward to your engagement in these upcoming activities!
Explore OER and help make higher education affordable for everyone.
